Forestwood
Townhouse Community covers
approximately 30 acres, and includes 208
townhomes. Centrally located on the
northwest corner of Forest Lane and Inwood
Road in North Dallas, we are one block from
the North Dallas Tollway and two blocks
south of LBJ (I.H.635). Our central location
offers easy access to downtown Dallas, DFW
and Love Field airports. We are within eight
blocks of two major shopping malls and have
within a two-mile radius, public elementary,
junior high, and high schools, as well as
several private schools.
Forestwood
Townhouse Community consists of
two,
three, and
four bedroom townhomes. All
2 bedroom townhomes are one-story. Our 3 and
4 bedroom townhomes are two
stories. The three bedroom townhomes
feature all 3 bedrooms upstairs while
the four bedroom townhomes have a large
master downstairs with the additional three
bedrooms upstairs. The 3 and
4 bedroom models also feature wood burning
fireplaces. All townhouses are cable ready. The kitchen in each townhome includes a
trash compactor, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, stove, and a frost free
refrigerator with an ice maker. All
townhouses
have a utility room with full size washer
dryer connections.

Townhouse Community features large
grassy areas with several playgrounds, a
swimming pool, and a one and a half
foot wading pool for small children. We also
have an exercise facility which includes a
steam room, treadmill, weights and
stationary bicycle.
Pets are welcome;
unfortunately we are unable to allow the
following breeds: American Staffordshire
Terrier (Pit Bull), Doberman Pincher,
Rottweiler. We have a limit of two pets per
townhouse. A per-pet deposit of $300.00
($150.00 non-refundable per deposit) is
required in addition to your security
deposit.
